Step 3: Market Expedition Head to the local market to hand-pick the freshest ingredients based on the chef's guidelines.
Step 4: The Cooking Session Return to the kitchen. Under professional guidance, transform your ingredients into authentic Vietnamese masterpieces.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Feast Sit down and enjoy the delicious 3-course meal you’ve just cooked, accompanied by steamed rice.
Step 6: Egg Coffee Workshop & Graduation Learn the secret recipe for Egg Coffee or Egg Beer. Receive your certificate before being dropped back at your hotel.
